Batjail Terms and Conditions — Full terms applicable to all Members

1 General Terms

Batjail (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming and entertainment service operating under a valid license. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Batjail and its users (hereinafter referred to as "Members" or "Players").

By accessing, registering with, or using any service on Batjail, you acknowledge that you fully accept all of these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details strictly confidential. Login credentials must not be shared with any third party. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through the account.

3 Deposits and Payments

Deposits on Batjail can be made via mobile banking, e-wallets, and other approved payment methods.

• Deposits must be made from your own account only — using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is as per the guidelines displayed on the platform.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Batjail is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on the payment provider's end.

Batjail does not pay interest or profit on deposits. Deposited funds are used as gaming balance only. In the event of account closure, any unused balance is refundable, provided verification has been completed.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from Batjail:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit — in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be submitted.

6 Gaming Rules

Each game on Batjail has its own rules, displayed within the game itself. General gaming rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and audited by a third party.
• Each spin or bet is independent — previous results have no effect on future outcomes.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, Batjail will determine the result of that round and the decision will be final.
• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, it will be settled based on the server record.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Batjail and will result in immediate account closure:

• Attempting to manipulate or alter game outcomes.
• Using another Member's account or attempting to steal account credentials.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attacking or attempting to hack the platform's security systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other Members.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Batjail reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failed KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Order from a court or law enforcement authority.

You may close your account at any time. As part of responsible gaming, you may also request a temporary break or self-exclusion. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

Batjail accepts no liability for the following:

• Game disruptions caused by loss of internet connection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment systems.
• Unauthorized access resulting from failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Service interruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
